日日本は陸没の危機に直面し、内部で政変が発生しました。激進的な若手自衛隊将校が暴走し、台湾に派遣された中国の災害救援ボランティア部隊を奇襲し、全面的な台湾侵攻を準備しています。

日本軍は台湾に上陸し、一時的な輸送施設を建設し、防衛力を配備することを企てていましたが、この行動は中国の情報機関の網にかかりました。日本海上自衛隊が台湾に近づく前に、中国は外科手術のような軍事攻撃を行いました。
