# 神州陸沉

西暦304年から439年までの間、八王の乱の後、西晋は天下の支配権を失い、辺境の遊牧民族は西晋末期の八王の乱に乗じて、漢族以外の政権を次々と建て、南方の漢人と対峙する状況が形成されました。匈奴、鮮卑、羯、羌、氐の5つの大胡人部族を含め、史上最も暗く、血なまぐさい中国史における五胡乱華が巻き起こりました。

中原地区は胡人の手に落ち、南方の東晋の愛国将士である祖逖、庾亮、殷浩、桓温、刘裕などの英雄たちは、何度も中原に向けて軍を起こし、五胡乱華の戦乱は続いたため、漢民族にとっては災難と言える出来事となり、種族滅亡寸前まで追い込まれ、この時代は「永嘉の乱」と「神州陸沉」と呼ばれています。
