# 神様リスト

早期接触龍カプセルのわずかな核心科学者たちは、高層に立案研究の提案を行い、中国政府の特別承認を得て、ロプノールに地球外文明遺跡科学研究実験基地（CECSEB）を設立し、第一世代の龍カプセル実験船を建造しました。

1976年から、地球外文明遺跡科学研究実験基地（CECSEB）は、地球外文明の探査と科学研究を計画的に進めるために、世界的に人材を募集し、この計画は中国中央軍事委員会によって「**神様リスト**」と名付けられました。
